1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, software applications, development services, or training programs offered by KK Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Software Development & Digital Services

For custom web development, mobile applications, POS systems, and digital marketing contracts:

• Scope & Deliverables: Services are executed according to written project specifications, scope agreements, and defined milestones.
• Client Cooperation: Clients must provide required assets, access tokens, and feedback in a timely manner to maintain project timelines.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of project invoices, final custom source code and assets are transferred to the client, excluding third-party libraries and proprietary KK Solutions base frameworks.

3. Courses, Paid Training & Internship Programs

For students and participants enrolled in our 3-Month Practical Cohorts (e.g., 1st October Batch):

• Program Model: Programs consist of 3 Months of intensive practical training and live project execution.
• Certification & Experience Letters: Official Course Completion Certificates and Real-world Experience / Internship Letters are awarded only to participants who complete required project assignments and maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Conduct & Integrity: Academic integrity, respectful collaboration, and adherence to project deadlines are required at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

KK Solutions provides digital products and services with reasonable professional care. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized third-party server breaches, third-party API downtimes, or user misuse of delivered software.
